1:1 TRE Experience. For a gentle body based approach appealing to those who feel stuck in physical tension or nervous system dysregulation and want to naturally let go of stored trauma/tension nonverbally. Once learned, TRE is a great self care tool that can be self administered.

How the Brain Influences Physical Symptoms
Research shows that chronic symptoms, like persistent pain, unexplained fatigue or GI symptoms, can stem from the brain misinterpreting signals as danger, even when no physical injury exists. This process involves neural circuits—pathways in the brain—that become wired to amplify and sustain symptoms as a protective response. Studies suggest that factors like stress, trauma, or heightened emotional states can sensitize these circuits, creating a feedback loop where the brain perceives "threat" and triggers symptoms, despite no ongoing tissue damage.
